Plaid is the authentication provider we use that already works behind the scenes with most banks. All of the information input into Plaid is encrypted and APM never has access to your credentials. Plaid does provide anonymized data along with the transaction information input into this form. We use this information solely for the purpose of tracking who made what payment to ensure all payments are attributed to the correct lease or occupancy agreement. We think Plaid hits all marks for both convenience and safety. Read more about the measures Plaid takes to keep us safe.

We do not advise for you to send payment by mail. In the course of our business, we have seen it take more than 2-3 weeks to get mail if received at all. Don't do it, you might accumulate late fees. Should you wish to use ACH debit services, but you don't want to use Plaid, you will need to provide us with a voided check. This might delay payment 3-5 business days.
