Depending on the kind of work you need will determine whether or not it makes sense to submit a maintenance service request. Small jobs like changing air filters or lightbulbs are your responsibility while larger jobs like the heater, major plubming, and roofing is our responsibility. The chart below may help clear some of what this means.
Every 3-4 months, especially during a change of seasons, you will need to replace your air filters.
Not only will you be breathing cleaner air, you will help us extend the life of the home's HVAC systems.

If your home is in a Homeowners Association (HOA) or a municipality with rules and regulations for the appearance and/or safety of the neighborhood, you will need to abide by these rules.
We don't make up these rules, and sometimes they are down-right silly. However, any violations are your responsibility according to your lease.
A few examples might include lawn care, keeping driveways free of oil stains, proper storage of trash containers, timely removal of holiday decorations, walking pets on leash, no signage on the home, etc.
Hopefully, you will never have pests in your home. Proper garbage disposal according to local ordinances should address most if not all of your pest control needs.
Should any come up despite your best efforts, you will be responsible for spraying and/or leaving traps to rid the home of any unwanted visitors. If you have done everything you can to no avail, place a service request and we'll come and take a look.
