This form is for the convenience of any of our service customers or tenants. If you believe you have made a mistake on our form either by overcharging or undercharging, please reach out to us at the contact information below. Should you dispute a charge that you or someone else made on your behalf before contacting us to find a solution, YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR ALL FEES (dispute and processing fees). These charges will be included on your next invoice as additional rent if you are a tenant.

Any charges more than one per invoice will be subject to additional credit/debit card processing fees at our discretion. For more information, please contact us at tenants@actlien.com.

Security Deposits paid by way of this form are subject to the same processing fee. By using this form for your security deposit, you consent to this fee. The fee will not be collected as your security but as a convenience charge for this service. We recommend you pay by ACH instead.

Refund Policy: Your payment must be in accordance with your lease documents. We will promptly refund should there be an error. Please refer to your lease documents for more information on your rights and obligations as a tenant. If you believe you made an error in the form, please contact us immediately at tenants@actlien.com.

Security & Privacy Policy: All of the data input into this form is sent DIRECTLY to our payment processing service, Stripe. Stripe handles payment and provides us with access to the information you input above so we can credit the correct accounts. We believe these transactions are as secure as our payment processing service is. This website maintains a valid HTTPS certificate for your security. If your connection is not secure, please do not complete this form and let us know so that we may correct. We WILL NEVER SELL your information to a third-party. This happens enough elsewhere, we won't perpetuate the misuse of your personal information.
